ERE Logistics just took on a project with Parks Canada to install a temporary bridge for them in Banff National Park. Despite some rather cold weather and some huge delays involving crossing some busy railway tracks the installation was flawless.
The last day of the install we were dealing with -25 Celsius temperatures, but other than slowing down the installation itself, it showed how we can install in everything from desert conditions with extreme heat to Canadian winters with extreme cold.
The final install was a 137 foot bridge which will be left in place for three months to assist in fire management for the Parks people. Once they are finished we will come back in, remove the bridge and other than tire tracks and some over turned stones there will be essentially zero impact on the environment and nothing left behind.
Just another example of a great use for our portable bridging system. If you would like more information about the ERE S80T Portable bridging system be sure to leave a comment or you can reach us via the About section above.
